Re-connecting education with aspiration and promoting a motorsports-centric financial literacy education experience within public schools, 4th-12th grade. We will promote identified career opportunities targeting community colleges and their underserved student population.

  • Promoting youth and young adult engagement in STEM curriculum, as a gateway to broad-based career opportunities in Motorsports.
  • Rewarding top participating public schools with a 100% financial literacy course completion rate, and receipt of a Financial Literacy Certificate for each student, with either:
    • A special school visit and/or student photo shoot with the BGM Race Car;
    • A hot lap experience in a BGM Race Car at a local race track.
  • BGM Volunteer presentations for youth in public schools from top professionals in motorsports.
  • Phase I Bryant Group Motorsports Academy program (BGMA).
  • BGMA Curriculum Challenge between program schools, focused on highlighting the best overall passion, talents and skills of BGMA participants.
  • BGMA field trips to tracks and facilities for select participating schools and youth.
  • BGMA donation of former race cars arranged via BGM to partner schools, in auto shops, mechanics shop and STEM programming.
  • BGMA and law enforcement agencies alliance to refocus youth offenders, providing access to driver education and BGM engagement, after completion of financial literacy certification.
